Ventura Project Management Support Services

California American Water

WSC managed the restoration and rehabilitation of four above ground steel reservoirs located in California American Water’s (CAW) Ventura District in 2010. The construction projects were carried out simultaneously at four different locations.  WSC managed project schedules, including scheduling when each tank was taken offline for restoration.  WSC also managed all permits associated with the project, tracked the project budget, and provided review and approval of contractor monthly invoices.

In 2012, WSC began managing seven different projects, including two booster station replacements, one above ground steel tank replacement, three below ground reservoir replacements, and a new water main to connect an existing unused turnout to CAW’s system.  WSC is managing the project budgets and schedules, leading the project permitting, managing consultant and contractor procurement, and forecasting project spend projections.  In addition to the project management support services, WSC is also designing parts of the above ground steel tank replacement and the new water main projects.
