Chris Deiter

From a young age, Chris had an appreciation for water as a resource and the facilities required to provide it to the community.

Growing up, his father owned and operated a construction company that focused on municipal water and wastewater facilities. Chris worked for his father’s company during weekends and school vacations from age 15 to age 21.  It was during this time that he gained valuable, hands-on field experience that gives him a unique perspective. He learned the value in pursuing technically challenging projects, innovating methods that set him apart from the competition, and going above and beyond to provide added value to clients.  Working for his father’s company is what inspired him to pursue a career in civil engineering and water resources.
