Haley brings over seven years of experience developing and optimizing control systems for water and wastewater utilities.

Haley began her career as a control system engineer for Southern California Edison where she was responsible for nine hydro-electric powerplants and two control centers. She then moved to the City of San Luis Obispo where she managed and maintained the control systems for the City’s water treatment plant, water distribution system, wastewater collection system, a water reservoir and the Water Resources Recovery Facility. During her time with the City, Haley became one of the first users of the GE iFix WebHMI platform and developed three new, modernized systems. Since joining WSC, Haley has used her background in design and deployment to assist clients in engineering systems that are tailored to their needs.

On a personal note

I provide customized support to each of my clients and believe that every user should expect control system excellence. I believe that a SMART SCADA System is designed to be more than just a tool for operators. I assist clients by finding unique ways to modernize and upgrade their outdated SCADA systems. From development of SCADA Master Plans to On-Call Engineering Support, I am a resource to help utilities meet their control system goals.
