Justin has over 15 years of experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors working on a diverse range of water resource, environmental and civil engineering projects. His experience includes contract administration; risk management; public outreach; monitoring, pursuing and managing state and federal grants; document control; project negotiations; planning development and implementation; field inspections; bid phase management; state and federal permit acquisition and management; and quality assurance.
I have a passion for water and a desire to not only meet but exceed the expectations of colleagues, clients and the community members I work with to achieve desired goals. My education and work experience in the field of project management, construction management, planning, aquatic biology and real estate appraisals allows me to view complex issues from a broad perspective. I strive to combine my professional insight with public inspiration to maintain and improve the unique infrastructure and natural environment within the communities I have the privilege to work. My familiarity with the public, private and non-profit sectors allows me to effectively communicate with individuals from various disciplines to facilitate solutions. I enjoy spending time outside and taking adventures with my wife and two children.
