Since WSC’s founding nearly 12 years ago, we have established nine offices spanning California and Oregon—to fulfill our commitment to delivering tailored innovation, holistic water solutions and unrelenting performance to our clients and communities.

Dianne Lee, Rob Natoli, PE and Jeff Lawrence, PE—a team that knows Northern California water issues firsthand. All three have lived and worked in the area for decades and bring more than 80 years of combined experience in water and wastewater planning, design, program management, construction and strategic communications. Their experience and values match WSC’s commitment to put people first in every solution—from our understanding of our clients’ unique challenges, to the relationships we build, and the methods we use to engage critical perspectives along the way. Jeff, Rob and Dianne join Kaylie Tavenner in our new Folsom office. Kaylie, a veteran WSC employee and professional engineer, established our Northern California operations in 2017.
