Stephanie Ard, PE (Folsom, CA) is an experienced Civil Engineer and Planner with more than 10 years of experience in hydraulic modeling, master planning, project management, technical writing, and communication. Stephanie credits her work on master planning with helping her understand that each client and community have unique cultures that need to be considered to complete a successful project.


Jessica Chomyn, GIT, PMP (Orange County, CA) brings over a decade of diverse experience addressing groundwater issues and impacts, and developing solutions.  She has developed and executed groundwater monitoring programs, including well design, monitoring well construction and abandonment, and groundwater sampling and reporting for a broad range of sites and clients, in both the United States and Australia.


Blake Coffey, CCM, PMP (San Luis Obispo, CA) is a results-driven construction and program management professional with more than 10 years of experience overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar projects. He brings a strong record of success coordinating the construction process, providing accurate estimates, collaborating with teams, and creating innovative solutions for construction challenges.


Colby Harrington (Denver, CO) is a CAD drafter who takes pride in helping address water scarcity and access issues. Colby spent eight years in the military before starting freelancing in computer-aided design (CAD). He credits his military experience for learning the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team towards a common goal, all of which are critical skills in the water industry.


Tan Rao, PE, CCM (Orange County, CA) has expertise in water and wastewater construction management and his project execution is built on more that 35 years of experience successfully delivering projects in California, North America, and abroad. He has managed or directed over 15 design-build projects for water treatment and recycled water plants ranging in capacity from 2- to over 160-million gallons per day.


Joseph Daldegan, ITIL (San Luis Obispo, CA) has over 35 years of experience in information technology and executive leadership. His experience in strategic planning, technical advisory, and technology architecture and integration brings value and efficiency to our employees, which allows them to produce higher quality results for our clients.


Bella Campbell, EIT (San Diego, CA) is an Engineer-in-Training with diverse experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning and design. She has worked on designs for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing systems including reservoirs and pipelines, as well as water treatment system designs and water master planning reports.


Zach Olson, GIT (Ontario, CA) supports groundwater solutions in all project phases from technical studies to field services. In geology and hydrogeology, Zach has work on numerous well drilling projects, overseeing the drilling and construction for dozens of groundwater wells to align designs and construction to meet project goals.


Michelle Heinrichs, PE (Folsom, CA) has over 5 years of engineering experience in the municipal and industrial sectors. Most recently she has been involved in planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operation of water treatment plants, pump stations, and water storage reservoirs.


Roxanne Collins (San Luis Obispo, CA) is a project coordinator with nearly 20 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field and 13 years working in the water and wastewater industry. Her career has encompassed many aspects of land development, water, and wastewater; from a project’s initial proposal to final construction sign-off and project completion.
