In the business program’s inaugural year, WSC is named a Platinum Trailblazer in recognition of family-friendly policies.
Water Systems Consulting (WSC) has been named a Platinum Trail Blazer in the SLO County Family-Friendly Workplace awards launched by the San Luis Obispo Chamber in October 2021.
The program is designed to recognize and support employers that implement family-friend practices for their employees, which can include flexible scheduling, accommodations and support, health spending accounts, and childcare support.
This award is a recognition of the commitment of WSC’s Board and leadership to the holistic health of our employees.
“WSC offered great insurance that saved us thousands throughout the process of all the prenatal care and the birth. Our team also helped me get all my projects covered so I could enjoy the time off and not need to be thinking about work,” Adam Donald, PE.
