On Aug. 19, the United States Bureau of Reclamation announced over $310 million in funding for drought resilience that will support 25 projects and help bring water to more than 850,000 people per year.
Rob Natoli and Jannette White join the internal team responsible for leading the short- and long-term strategic goals of WSC.
WSC’s officers are empowered by our Board of Directors to lead the day-to-day management and operations of the company, are accountable for effective decision-making in the best interests of the company, and are responsible for company performance, risk management, investments, growth and development, and staff well-being.
Officers are nominated by their coworkers and must meet several criteria, including at least 10 years of industry experience (1.5+ years at WSC), a demonstrated ability to drive company progress, an understanding of short- and long-term risks, and proven management experience.
Rob Natoli, P.E. has approximately 14 years of engineering experience designing and planning a variety of water and wastewater projects. He has managed both large and small projects across California. Rob is known for providing excellent client service, clear communication, and a solid technical approach. He has directed multidisciplinary teams and enjoys the balance of people and technical leadership that engineering leadership affords.

Jannette White, SHRM-CP, COEE is WSC’s Human Resources Director and has spent her career in HR. She guides and oversees the overall functions of human resources: strategic staff planning, recruiting top talent, benefits administration, risk management, labor relations, policies, and designing programs for the entire company. She believes an organization that differentiates itself through effectively recruiting, retaining, and developing talent is one that is best equipped to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
